Locanda dei Cantù is an atypical typical restaurant! If you want to eat food of the local tradition you won’t be disappointed, but beside polenta, “casoncelli” and wild game meats you’ll find new flavours.
Chef Igor’s ongoing research makes the traditional flavours something new.

For example, from Igor’s inventiveness “baci di polenta” (“polenta’s kisses”) were born. The traditional biscuits called “baci di dama” (“lady’s kisses”), made with shortcrust pastry, take a new spin: the “baci di polenta” are made with local cornmeal and chocolate made with cocoa of high quality. “Baci di polenta” are delicious: try them!
All the dishes are made thinking about the matches with exquisite wines; some come from the valley and the province of Bergamo, others are Italian delights. Everything is made to satisfy your taste!
